Semi automatic machines pneumatically print the part, with the electrolyte solution automatically dosed. Extra long life stencils, electrolyte syringe enable us to tailor machines to mark almost any metal production lines speeds.

First, parts to be marked can always be positioned exactly under the marking head so that each part is marked the same.
Second, each time the marking head comes down on the part to be marked it applies the same pressure and time, thus assuring you identical marks.
Third, the machine, when set on automatic movement will cause the marking head to move up and down at predetermined rate. This can help increase production.
Fourth, due to automatic dosing, electrolyte get consumed in appropriate volume.

Special automatic units can be easily adapted to individual requirements. Our in-house technical team provides customized solutions which suits one's application.

1. Fixture, Table and Syringe Startup Kit (Custom Made)

Our in-house technical team produce the jigs-fixture as per your requirement. Due to fixtures we get ease in etching operation and supports to get speedy marking in batch production. Fixtures speeds up the Etching activity. Fixtures are applicable for Round Surface Marking, Bearing Marking, Circumference Marking etc.

2. Hand Lever operated customized Manual Machine. (Custom Made)

Hand lever operated manual etching machine is the easiest and cheapest solution in automation industry. This compact unit contains marking machine (ME101, ME102, ME103), hand lever operated making head assembly, saline syringe -electrolyte dosing unit, securing fixtures for stencil, table and product to be marked.

When lever is pressed the marking head travels down and presses the stencil according to the pre-selected marking time onto the product. A dosing system ensures that the electrolyte dosing.

3. Pneumatically operated Semi Automatic Machine.(Custom Made)

This system is a pneumatically operated semi-automatic marking system, this machine can be customized to suits once's application. This compact unit contains marking machine (ME103), pneumatically operated making head assembly, electronic-electrolyte dosing unit, securing fixtures for stencil, table, food padel and product to be marked. When the foot switch is pressed the marking head travels down and presses the stencil according to the pre-selected marking time onto the product.
