Model LTM401, is magnetic conveyor type automatic aerosol water bath leakage testing machine has been developed  taking into consideration  the development conditions of aerosol industry.

This machine features high productivity, safety and reliability, simple operation and convenient maintenance. It is used to for testing leakage of aerosol with ferrous base material.  The testing efficiency  is  70-75 cans per minute per track.

The flame proof motors drives magnetic conveyor equipped with steel chain/sprockets, ensures safe operation of the complete machine.

The water tank is made of SS304 steel with capacity of 1200 Liters, In the water tank flame proof ceramic heaters are fitted in SS tubes which ensures the water heating up to the required temperature. The temperature can be controlled automatically.

The machine is equipped with automatic air blower for drying of cans. Control cabinet is provided with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)and PID controller (Proportional Integral Derivative) with all standard spares.
